On August 23, 2020, Jacob S. Blake, a 29-year-old black man, was shot seven times in the back, by police officer Rusten Sheskey, who 

"was found to have been acting within policy and will not be subjected to discipline," the Kenosha, Wis., police chief said, following a review of the shooting of Jacob Blake."
